About the Role:
D-BAT Virginia Beach is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Birthday Party Hosts! If you love working with kids and creating memorable experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
As a Birthday Party Host, you will:
- Assist with baseball and/or softball themed games, plus other fun activities such as kickball, wiffleball, and HitTrax games.
- Help organize and lead party activities, ensuring all guests have a fantastic experience.
- Provide a safe, friendly, and engaging atmosphere for kids and their families.
⚾ What We’re Looking For

Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a must, as parties are held on weekends.
- Experience playing baseball or softball is a plus, but currently playing is not required.
- A passion for working with children and helping them have fun.
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable leading group activities.
